To claim one all you have to do is keep an eye out for the special Cadbury Postal Service posters that are popping up all over the country on bus stops, train stations, shopping centres and around your local high street in your home town.
Once you have found one just scan in the QR code on it which will open up the Cadbury postal service, then choose who you would like to surprise with their favourite bar and if they have it in stock, Cadbury will dispatch it directly to them.
For the super keen chocolate lovers out there Cadbury are putting on 3 special events on the 10th of December in Manchester, London and Southampton where they will have a popup postal service for you to visit at midday and 3pm.
Don’t live local to one of these locations or can’t wait to spot a poster then you can visit the Cadbury secret Santa gift shop and buy a chocolate bar and send it to someone special directly.
