Takeaway night can soon become an expensive meal when using Deliveroo, Just Eat or even going to your local restaurant, but there are plenty of cheaper alternatives available.

Domino’s: 2 for Tuesday
There should be an unwritten rule that you don’t order from Domino’s unless you have a deal or discount code – because they always have them! Their 2 for Tuesday deal is probably the most well-known though, where it’s buy one get one free on any medium or large pizza.
Just Eat Discounts
Just Eat usually have a range of discounts available at selected restaurants, so it’s worth always doing a quick Google search to find deals before placing an order – this will even make it easier to decide what to eat, since only certain places will offer discounts.
You may need to use a new account to qualify for the deals, which usually just means getting your partner, or anyone else in your family who hasn’t used Just Eat before to sign up. You can find some of April’s Just Eat deals here.
Zizzi Deals
As with some of the others on this list, Zizzi usually have some sort of offer on, such as a free glass of prosecco or complimentary olives. With many things on the menu, you can choose pizza, pasta or opt for a healthier salad instead.
If you’re with the O2 network, you can usually find additional deals, however at the moment they’re offering 10% off all click and collect orders to anyone across most of their restaurants in the UK.
M&S Dine in For Two
When you think of M&S you may not typically think of cost savings, but their Dine in For 2 Deal is a complete steal and gets you high quality food at a much lower cost than what you’d typically pay for a takeaway.
Their Dine in For 2 differs in different stores, so check your local store’s website, however typically you can get a large main, side or starter, dessert and glass of wine for £12! Such a bargain – and you can even swap the bottle of wine for a non alcoholic beverage instead.
Tastecard
If you order takeaways frequently then you should seriously consider signing up for a tastecard – even if you only order takeaways a couple of times a month you’ll make your money back, especially if you often order from well known food chains, such as Pizza Hut or Frankie & Bennys.

2 for 1 KFC Deal
As part of their recent collaboration with Walkers crisps, you can bag yourself a 2 for 1 meal at KFC if you buy a packet of Walkers Kentucky Fried Chicken or Double Crunch Zinger crisps.
Just look for the yellow banner on these crisps packets to make sure you’re buying the correct ones and use it via the drive-in or takeaway.
